Hydrocolloid is gentle and widely used in skin dressings. The manufacturer lists tea tree leaf oil, witch hazel water, sodium hyaluronate, allantoin and centella asiatica extract in the formula. If your skin is sensitive, or you react to tea tree, try a small piece first and remove it if you notice any irritation.

It depends how much you use. One 1 cm piece a night lasts well over a year. Covering larger areas like your back uses it faster.
